Hello everyone!
Happy almost Thanksgiving! It's a three-day week this week, and it's going to be a fun one! We will continue to focus on the letter Rr, but we'll switch our unit from dinosaurs to Harvest and Giving Thanks. Monday we are going to be making our group soup. If you need a reminder on which ingredient you were assigned to bring in, shoot me a quick email.
With our giving thanks unit, I know that most preschoolers look at showing gratitude, or saying "thank you" as a simple manner of politeness, so I really encourage you to show your children this week what being thankful really means, and this is especially important with that greedy little holiday right around the corner. Here's a great article that I found that has some really great tips on ways for teaching children to be thankful.
