Greetings from CCP!!
We hope everyone had a beautiful and relaxing holiday break. December was an absolute blast with the preschoolers; nothing makes prepping for the holidays more magical than doing it with little ones. We had quite the busy month--check it out!:
Candy cane science experiments:
Santa's Workshop in the dramatic play:
We did a fun experiment where we made jingle bells dance!:
We did a small "Christmas Around the World" unit. First stop: Mexico! The kids had fun making pinatas, quesadillas and Mexican hot chocolate, and they learned how to sing "Feliz Navidad":
We also took a peek at England where we learned that's where Christmas cards originated from:
And of course we had our Holiday Program. The kids were adorable as usual:
And then on our last day before the break, we went Christmas caroling around the neighborhood. The children and neighbors enjoyed it alike:
Happy New Year and we look forward to having everyone back at school!
Sincerely,
CCP
